Dorien Van Even

EDUCATION AND CAREER

Dorien obtained a Master’s degree in law at the University of Antwerp in 2006. During these studies she participated in an exchange project, which enabled her to study 6 months at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa.

Afterwards she became a Master in maritime and transport law at the University of Antwerp. In 2007, she joined the Antwerp Bar Association and she is currently a junior associate at D'Hoine & Mackay. In 2008, she also obtained a ManaMa (Master after Master) in maritime and transport insurance after following a course organized by the Royal Belgian Association of Transport Insurers (ABAM/BVT).
